I have been a tutor at the Odegaard Writing and Research Center (OWRC) since 2015 and on the Leadership Team as an Assistant Director/Peer Mentor since 2016. In the Assistant Director role, I was responsible for the professional development interview (PDI) program. The interviews were meant to make sure that everyone at the OWRC felt connected to someone on the Leadership Team and that individual tutor professional development needs were being heard. After coordinating the program for an academic year, I wrote an evaluation of the program so that it could be improved in the future. In the 2017 - 2018 academic year, all of my suggested changes were implemented.
