AppSheet Help Documentation

June 2017 - present

In June 2017, I started my internship with AppSheet, a no-code app making platform. My first project was to migrate all of the help articles to a new platform and help write new user education articles

In the process, I copyedited, updated, and re-organized the documentation. There are over 220 articles and topics range from the basics of the platform to more technical documentation and high-level concepts about app-making.

I'm still responsible for the maintenance and quality assurance of the help documentation. I copyedit new articles for tone, style, and grammar. I also work with engineers and app creators to add to existing documentation when necessary. I also work with the product and marketing teams to find ways to make the documentation more effective and helpful to app creators.

A quick note:

You will notice that I'm the author on the majority of the documentation. I did not write most of the articles. I have written six of them on my own and co-written others. For branding consistency, everyone who writes an article switches the authorship to my name so that the AppSheet logo is on all of the articles (since it's my profile picture). This is also so that people don't get unnecessary notifications internally.
