While I was working on my first project at AppSheet, I was also learning how to make apps using the product. This helped my perspective when I started working on the AppSheet Essentials articles. I adapted some of these new articles from existing documentation. I re-formatted them, updated them, and put them into context as part of the AppSheet Essentials series.

I also wrote some of them, such as the UX essentials article, pictured on the left. Under the mentorship of my manager, I was able to give input on what should be included and respond to suggestions so that we could combine my new user perspective with his AppSheet expertise.

This process helped me become more familiar with the platform. It was also my first foray into writing technical documentation, a genre I had never encountered in academia. I started learning about tagging, SEO, and keywords. Concision and clarity were also a focus for me.
